Legislature: Citizens are ones frustrated

Re: “Stalemate over state budget leaves legislators frustrated, (TNT, 4/15).

Legislators are not the only ones frustrated by the lack of resolution in the state budget, the job for which they were hired (elected).

If they were operating in the private sector the whole lot of lawmakers (both federal and state) would have been long since fired and looking for other jobs where ineptitude and inefficiency would be somehow tolerated.
