Trump: How to sum him up in two words

My dear wife is a retired psychologist, highly respected during her career. We may disagree on some subjects but agree completely on our political views, particularly those critical of President Donald Trump.

The other day we were both battling over words to describe this president when I think she came up with the perfect two words.

Maliciously ignorant. There’s no better summation.
