Trump: Where's the skilled diplomatic negotiator?

It seemed that coming into office, President Donald Trump at least might bring negotiating skills to the job. But we have learned that his approach to diplomacy is to blurt out whatever is in his head, which usually centers on concern for his own image.

How could we have elected someone with the mindset of a toddler and no discernible evidence of mature, adult thought processes? Sad!
