I’ve lived and loved this country and these states for more than half of my life now. That could be connected to my Canadian roots, as that’s where I immigrated from. And a repetitive Canadian “eh” could be added to the end of that fact.
I resent anyone who feels they are entitled, that somehow the laws of the land do not apply to them.
I had to jump through all the hoops and ladders to legally call this part of the world my home. Even my husband, born in Germany of Filipino American parents, had to get his legal documents in order when he became an adult.
