Freeway trash: Ours worse than other states
I just got back from a 4,000 mile road trip, mostly using freeways. It was so nice to see very clean freeways.
Our freeways in Washington are really an eyesore. Maybe whoever takes care of that department needs to go to Arizona and see how clean and well maintained they are. They might be able to help us out.
