Gov. Jay Inslee’s proposed carbon tax is a takeaway — 4 to 5 percent increase on electricity, 10 percent on natural gas, 6 to 9 percent on gasoline.
We are so lucky to have a 2.5 increase only for it to be taken away by tax-and-spend Democrats.
