Train wreck: Root cause mustn’t be minimized
Re: “NTSB quizzes officials on deadly train wreck,” (TNT, 7/11).
Despite all the rhetoric in this article and those in the past, it is really quite simple.
The fatal Dec. 18 Amtrak train wreck near DuPont was caused by the fact that the engineer was going too fast.
He was speeding. He should by held accountable.
