Abortion: Forced pregnancies bring hard questions
If Roe v. Wade is overturned abortion is made illegal, there are many questions which need to be answered.
Will doctors and nurses who perform abortions go to jail and for how long? Will the women who have abortions go to jail and for how long?
Who will care for abused and neglected children who are born to mothers who do not want them? Will we raise taxes to care for them?
How will these mothers provide for their children? They will need job training and/or advanced degrees to become productive members of society and their children become successful.
Will we raise taxes to take care of children born to mothers who are substance abusers?
If abortion is illegal, this does not mean it will end. How many women will die or become infertile because of unsafe/illegal abortions?
Those who are “pro-life” need to give answers to these questions.
