Animal cruelty: Harsh penalty should be administered
Re: “Pierce County man is charged with shooting, burning dog,” (TNT, 1/10).
This is a truly sickening story of extreme cruelty. No excuse could possibly justify what occurred to this innocent dog. When treated properly, dogs are loving, loyal and great companions.
If found guilty, the 42-year-old man deserves to have the book thrown at him and never again own any type of animal.
