Businesses: Responding to virus is noble calling

In the news we read about how businesses across the country are changing their focus to support their community personnel on the medical front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some local and national businesses have manufactured PPE such as face masks, and others, including incarcerated individuals, are making hand sanitizer.

What South Sound businesses have answered the call to support our local medical community and their needs?

Have our local businesses considered partnering with MultiCare and CHI Franciscan to prioritize their essential medical requests? How can they assist healthcare workers who are helping save others while placing their own lives in harm’s way?

What local businesses have recently chosen to answer the call, besides Chambers Bay Distillery?

Thank you to those businesses that are. Sorry that many of us Tacomans are unaware of it.
