Internet: Sloppy transition harmful to customers

Re: “Tacoma’s Click Network moves into the hands of Rainier Connect,” (TNT, 4/1).

Customers of Advanced Stream continue to be caught between promises that an agreement will be reached with Rainier Connect and letters from Tacoma Public Utilities insisting that the relationship is terminated.

It is unconscionable to put consumers in this position, particularly when internet access is a necessity during the current pandemic.

I go to work in the hospital to take care of you; please don’t make my life and that of my fellow citizens any harder!
