Inslee: His shutdown needs federal investigation
Gov. Jay Inslee’s phased relaxation of his COVID-19 stay-at-home order is unconstitutional and will result in the destruction of many necessary businesses. Those who need to work cannot wait.
His dictates are not law. He can’t make law. His remedies are worse than the disease they are intended to cure.
U.S. Attorney General William Barr needs to take a close look at Washington state, and fast, before irreparable harm is done.
