Drug treatment: Elected official earns praise, not criticism
Re: “Councilman shouldn’t tout miracle drug,” (TNT editorial, 5/7).
The TNT editorial page staff did a hit piece on Pierce County Council member Jim McCune for doing a favor to the community. They made him into some kind of a terrible person for telling the truth.
The truth is something the Left seldom use and instead rely on socialist beliefs for verbiage to attack Jim’s rightful opinions on a drug used by many doctors to effectively fight the coronavirus.
Hydroxychloroquine used in combination with zinc sulfate has proven successful treating many patients in early to middle stages of the disease.
McCune deserves our support for telling the truth at the expense of being ridiculed by progressive political editors who are attempting to defeat him in his upcoming run for state Senate.
