GOP lawsuit: Nothing more than political theater
“GOP lawmakers’ lawsuit argues for end to stay-at-home order,” (TNT, 5/7).
Why did some Washington Republicans sue Gov. Inslee? His order seems to have protected Washingtonians from the COVID-19 virus more successfully than every other state in the country.
Why in the world would we trust the Republican Party for anything?
Their un-elected president has provided no leadership in this pandemic. His failure to act months ago has resulted in the U.S. having the highest number of virus cases in the world.
The president has lied continually. His behavior and the Republican lawsuit are nothing more than political theater.
