God: Invite him back and life may improve
We took God out of our schools and told our children to leave their Bibles at home. Now our schools are closed.
We told God-fearing judges to keep the Ten Commandments out of their courtrooms. Now our courthouses are closed.
We listen diligently to the advice of medical experts, but no one calls on the name or seeks healing from the Great Physician.
I’m the name of separation of church and state, our governor and other civic leaders are unable to pray publicly and ask for God’s loving mercy.
Now we are socially isolated from family members, friends, co-workers and society at large.
“If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
