Body cameras: City’s misplaced priorities revealed

It seems to me that something as important as body cameras for public protection, as well as police department protection, would have been a priority for the City of Tacoma before now, considering all the situations that have happened in the last few years.

The city found money to help pay for a light-rail extension to 19th Street, which I feel was a waste of public funds, as we already have Pierce Transit buses running in that area.

So they should be able to find funds for body cameras somewhere.
