Congress: Parson, not Kilmer, good for your health
If you believe the purpose of a rational healthcare system is to provide healthcare to everyone at the lowest possible cost, then you’re likely a proponent of a not-for-profit universal healthcare system, and are comfortable embracing the call for Medicare for All.
You may be surprised to learn that Tacoma’s current 10th District Democratic congressman doesn’t share that belief. Rep. Derek Kilmer believes that bloodsucking private insurers should be kept in the mix.
These insurers know this, which is why they’re well on their way to giving his campaign over $70,000 in PAC contributions.
Let’s stop pretending that private insurance is anything else; it’s a pool of money that private insurers fight tooth and nail to keep; it’s their profits vs. your health.
Vote Rebecca Parson for universal healthcare.
