Trump: He’s not cut out for Mount Rushmore, but ...
Recently it’s come to light, reported by numerous news outlets, that one of President Trump’s dreams is to have his likeness added to Mount Rushmore.
There could be a better way to appropriately immortalize his term in office.
A mere 17 miles from Mount Rushmore is the unfinished Rushmore-scale carving of Crazy Horse, the Lakota leader who fought valiantly at the battle of Little Big Horn to protect his people and their native lands.
The statue is not far along, so a change in design could be easily made. Perhaps a space for Trump’s visage could be reserved on the back side of the chief’s horse, a monumentally fitting way for 45 to be remembered.
Apologies, of course, would go to the memory of the trusted steed.
