Governor: Culp can restore integrity to office

Leadership demands integrity and honesty. If the bar is lowered, as in the case of Gov. Jay Inslee with all the denials, delusions, deception and disdain he subjects Washington’s hard-working citizens to everyday, we find a society mired in a divided, confused and demoralized state.

He has allowed Seattle to be reduced to a lawless dystopian enclave with hundreds of businesses shutting down permanently and thousands of frightened residents fleeing the state. He lied about never raising taxes. He ignored the ineptitude and corruption at the state Department of Employment in the face of millions of dollars disappearing from agency coffers.

All this creates a clear path for Loren Culp to be elected governor. He has served and protected his country and community, grown a business, connects with regular folks and won’t tolerate those who subvert our constitutional rights.

He is true leadership.
