ABORTION: Deception smears Planned Parenthood

Planned Parenthood is being smeared again by an organization whose sole intent is to destroy this important health care provider. The hidden-camera video is nine minutes of a two-hour conversation by that has been spliced and edited to make it seem she said things she did not.

The original video is available for viewing by our howling politicians should they actually choose to be informed by the facts.

Planned Parenthood is not “in the business of selling fetal parts.” Some clinics do send fetal tissue, with the patients’ consent, to research labs and charge a typical specimen processing and transportation fee of $30 to $100, as does your doctor’s lab.

Planned Parenthood’s goal is to provide contraception and prevent unplanned pregnancy. Shutting it down could increase the need for abortions.

As a family physician, I know that no woman makes the decision to have an abortion without emotional consequences, And we definitely have too many unplanned parents!
