OBAMACARE: Is Krugman unaware of failures?

I was amazed when I read Paul Krugman’s column boasting about how well Obamacare is working (TNT, 9-29).

He is evidently unaware of the failures of some of the so-called Obamacare plans. Guess he doesn’t know the largest nonprofit plan has been ordered to shut down. I refer particularly to the Health Republic Insurance of New York,

An article concerning the closure of the insurance company (TNT, 9-27) stated plainly that most of the plans are “hemorrhaging red ink.” A federal health officer stated they were not going to rule out that more co-ops could be closed this year.

Health Republic Insurance was given $350 million and is the fourth plan to close in less than a year. More than 200,000 clients of Health Republic find their health insurance disrupted. If this is success, give me failure!
