LINDQUIST: Defender actually points out prosecutor's weaknesses

Re: “Lindquist coverage lacks context of the landscape” (TNT, 9-28).

Despite admitting that Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist is a friend, Brian O’Neill makes the case against him.

Lindquist is “confident to a fault,” “passionate” and “feels that handling criticism is simply part of his job.”

My observation is that Lindquist is passionate about convictions by whatever means, ignores criticism and is a poster boy for overzealousness. If Lindquist can’t rein himself in, the voters should.
