ELECTION: Matt Wilkerson is a unique leader

I have been following the local school board elections on the Gig Harbor Peninsula since 1999. The local members have been meeting and solving problems much better than school boards nationally.

I have watched a spirit of cooperation grow here that is truly unique in today’s fast-paced family environment. When I talked to Peninsula School Board president Matt Wilkerson, it is clear to me that he has been a driving force in establishing and maintaining the healthy spirit of community that is the hallmark of the board.
