University Place needs leaders who can thoroughly examine issues as well as understand the implications of their decisions. Active involvement in local and regional issues is also essential for the future well-being of our city.
Frank Boykin is such a candidate. As vice chair of the University Place Planning Commission, Boykin understands how to encourage economic development while protecting our community’s character and the natural resources we hold dear. His participation on the Northwest Leadership Foundation Board also demonstrates his commitment to the future of young people in our community.
Who we elect will affect our future quality of life along with the type and amount of development that will occur at the Chambers Creek Properties. Boykin offers a fresh perspective and a willingness to engage in discussions. I urge UP voters to support Boykin for City Council.
