I-1366: Raise threshhold for Eyman's anti-tax measures

Re: “Most counties passing anti-tax measure” (TNT, 11-4).

Why not require that initiatives from Tim Eyman be valid only if two-thirds (or 66 percent or a “supermajority) of the voters vote and vote in the affirmative.
