Terrorism: Come together to end this scourge

Maybe I’m dreaming, but it seems to me that if all of the countries of this world were to come together to find a way to end the terrorism we could succeed.

Your participation as a country would be based on your ability to participate. There would be no quid pro quo. You’re either in or you’re out.

Then you take all of the participants and use the resources available and put an end to this scourge of the earth.
