Refugees: Negative stance is so un-American

Re: the handwringing about whether to let Syrians into our country.

With all the vetting and waiting these people have to go through to enter the United States and then wait years here before they can be citizen, would it not be more prudent to pay more attention to European-born terrorists with their valid European passports who could slip in through our airports?

Or what about our own terrorists here who regularly shoot our young and old in schools and in malls?

This anti-refugee stance is so un-American.
