Tacoma: Pull the plug on Click network

I have been following the Click saga from the beginning (TNT, 12-17).

It was doomed to failure. The government has never been able to offer competitive private sector services and has no business being in it.

Annual losses are reported between $5.5 and $7.5 million. Really? Most private sector operators would respond with a “no-brainer” decision: Shut it down!
