Trump: Candidate shoots from the lip

Re: “Trump: I could ‘shoot somebody’ and not lose votes” (TNT, 1-24).

“I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?” the leading GOP candidate trumpeted.

Hm-m-m, wouldn’t this be carrying the 2nd Amendment a little too far? On the rare occasion the Donald might take advice from anyone, here’s mine: “Never miss a chance to shut up!”
