Tacoma: Pothole ripped hole in student's budget

The roads in the city are horrible. I am a new driver at the age of 17. The roads in Tacoma are so bad that a pothole recently ripped a hole in my tire.

With all the taxes that we pay to the government, why can’t we get our roads fixed? It is bad for our cars, environment and money. It cost me more than $100 to repair my tire. As a poor college student, that’s a lot.

Most of us use the roads to commute, whether it be by car, bike, bus or taxi. These roads need to be fixed.
