Court: Republicans wrong not to consider nominee

I am so disgusted with the Republican Party for not even giving Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland a chance to speak to them. Garland is so well qualified to be a Supreme Court justice. The Republicans are doing this just because Barack Obama nominated him.

The people voted those Republicans in to help them, not to just think of the party.

I have never voted for just one party; I have voted for the person I thought would be the most qualified for the job. Why can’t the Republicans do the same and not just wait for the next president to nominate?
