Elections: Politicians set poor example
As a graduate of Lincoln High School (Class of 1959), I remember the race for student body president as being respectful, relatively mature and basically free of insults. Hopefully it’s still that way at my alma mater and schools elsewhere.
Sadly, the primaries to elect the next leader of the free world are not nearly as civilized. Apparently the U.S. political parties are not presently under adult supervision.
