Clinton: Lying is habitual for her and her team

Donald Trump recently took the gloves off and slammed Hillary Clinton (TNT, 6/23) on honesty and trustworthiness. Trump called Clinton a “world class liar.” It’s not the first time she has been called a liar. Twenty years ago, New York Times journalist William Safire called her a “congenital liar” in his column, “Essay; Blizzard of Lies” (NYT, 1/8/1996). He documents Clinton’s lies surrounding her 100-percent profit in commodity trading in 1979, the Travelgate scandal and other issues.

Benghazi? Clinton told one set of facts to her family and another to the family of the victims and the public. In the 1990s, women who came forward accusing Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct were slimed by Hillary Clinton and her surrogates. She is now saying sexual assault victims have the right to be heard and believed. What changed?

Trump received five draft deferments, all legitimate. Bill Clinton was a draft dodger by his own words. Voters, especially women and military veterans, should take a second look at the facts before voting for team Clinton.
