Women: We are force to be reckoned with

We have a woman running for president. We have many other women and quite frankly, men in national security positions of the other party, openly supporting her. We have Elizabeth Warren out there campaigning for her.

We have a Supreme Court that has reaffirmed the validity of Roe V.Wade and slapped down those states again trying to limit those rights. We have a court that openly challenged the NRA over domestic abusers having a right to purchase guns and made it clear it is not legal.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has become somewhat of a real hero, a woman in her 80s who stands proud and was one of Justice Scalia’s dearest friends. Her words and wisdom carry serious merit on the highest court in our land.

Pay attention. Elections aside, women have become a force to be reckoned with. We are smart, educated and more than willing to fight and show strength for how our society functions. Diminish that at your own risk.

Young and old, American women are ready to take their place of real power in this country. Respect them. Their fight to get here was not easy. They have truly earned their seats at this table. .
