Flag: Actions speak louder than bench protest

I disagree with NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick for not standing during the national anthem. If black lives really matter to him, get off the bench and do something to help black people.

Help that single mother with kids who is working two jobs. Help a black man get good training for a job. Do something to help get people off drugs and to give them something to work towards and hope for.

Then I will believe black lives matter to you.
