Jessica Weigel gives program on fishing the Pacific Northwest

Jessica Weigel, co-owner of Waters West Guide Service, will talk about guided fishing trips in the Pacific Northwest during Wednesday’s meeting of the Olympia Chapter of Trout Unlimited.

Weigel and her husband, Casey Weigel, live on the Wynoochee River in Montesano. They met while Casey was doing a guided trip on the river.

In her presentation, Jessica Weigel will talk about taking a guided trip on the Humptulips River for chinook, the Wynoochee for steelhead, the Cowlitz River for salmon and steelhead, and the Columbia River for chinook, coho and sockeye salmon.

She will be showing several videos, and handing out information about these fishing trips and general fishing information.

A graduate of Washington State University, Weigel and is a graduate student in Western Governors University’s MBA program.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at North Olympia Fire Station, 5046 Boston Harbor Road NE, Olympia.
