Melanie Collins opens up about her job.

Being a sideline reporter might seem like a dream job to many, but Collins noted that it requires a lot of sacrifice. Not only does she have to work during holidays, she's constantly on the move since her assignments vary from week to week.

"It's disturbing how many hours of my life I've spent sitting on planes," Collins said.

Make no mistake though, Collins believes the job is still "worth it" despite all the traveling she does from August to February.
