The Black Hills softball team lost a nine-inning clash in Aberdeen on Wednesday, falling 4-3 to the Bobcats in an EvCo matchup.

The Wolves took the lead in the second with back-to-back RBI singles from Ava Wright and Maddie Oderman, and Maddie Knight hit a solo home run in the second to make it 3-0.

Aberdeen rallied back later in the game, though, scoring once in the fifth and twice in the sixth to tie the game before ultimately getting the walk-off winner in the ninth.

Oderman, Knight, and Wright finished with two hits and their RBI apiece, and Emma Arko also collected two hits.

Hannah O'Shurak pitched the entire game, allowing nine hits and four runs (two earned) while walking just one and striking out 10.

Black Hills (2-12, 2-9 2A EvCo) will host W.F. West on Friday.
