Justin Herbert Is Getting Crushed After Appearing In Girlfriend's Music Video

Travis Kelce isn't the only man in the AFC West with a popular singer as his significant other. Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert is dating Grammy-nominated pop star Madison Beer, who just released a new music video with him in it.

On Thursday, Beer released a music video for her song "lovergirl." Herbert was in the video and has far more than a cameo in it. Across the three-minute song, Herbert and Beer are looking at each other romantically for about half of the video footage.

Beer fans absolutely loved seeing her and Herbert enjoying themselves as a couple.

NFL fans had a very different response to the video.

Crushed

Fans that saw the video immediately started mocking Herbert over the video, declaring that his appearance is going to become a massive meme whenever he struggles in the NFL for years to come. Others pointed out that he shouldn't be doing music videos when he hasn't won a playoff game yet.

"This going triple platinum the moment he has a bad game," one user joked on X.

"Justin Herbert should be in the film room, not acting in some pop star's music video. No wonder the Chargers can't win a playoff game," wrote another.

"When we lose this video will be clipped for the worst," a third lamented.

"Bruh prepare for the memes that are gonna come from this, this season."

Herbert has ranked among the best quarterbacks in the NFL since entering the league in 2020. In six years he's gone 52-43 in 95 starts and has completed over 66-percent of his passes for 24,820 yards and 163 touchdowns against just 58 interceptions.

More importantly, Herbert has led the Chargers to the playoffs three times, but gone 0-3 in his playoff starts. As a result, Herbert has often been clowned on for being unable to win the big games when his division rivals like the Chiefs and Broncos have dominated the postseason.

Maybe the fourth time will be the charm, but he has to get them to the playoffs first.
