Miles McBride Credits Knicks Nation for Strong Support in Enemy Territory

Even in a raucous Frost Bank Center on Wednesday night, cheers of “Let’s Go Knicks!” could be heard as New York secured its Game 1 NBA Finals victory over the San Antonio Spurs.

Knicks fans have traveled well throughout the 2026 postseason, taking over arenas in Philadelphia and Cleveland as they notched back-to-back series sweeps over the 76ers and Cavaliers. Now, New York faithful have made their way to San Antonio for the championship series.

Following the Knicks’ 105-95 victory in Game 1, Miles “Deuce” McBride was asked about the notable presence of New York fans at the Frost Bank Center.

“It’s not even surprising at this point. We know they’re going to be there and gonna be loud, so shoutout Knicks nation,” McBride said.
