Angel Reese Warmups Video Gets Deleted After Millions Of Views

A practice video of Angel Reese warming up for the Atlanta Dream's game against the Indiana Fever went incredibly viral on social media this weekend.

The video, which was shared by an ESPN WNBA reporter, took off on X and Instagram. It showed Reese, who is not known for her outside shot, practicing 3-pointers. Reese's footwork was not good and her shooting form looked uncomfortable, as well.

Unsurprisingly, the video went incredibly viral on social media.

Reese, who is averaging 12.8 points and 11.1 rebounds per game this season, is not known for her jump shot - and it showed.

Fans were not impressed.

"What are we doing here? Crossing her arms, eyes on the ball in the air and not the rim, stomping out every shot," one fan said. "This is just bad shooting fundamentals. Has she not hired a shot coach in the last 3 years?"

"I will never understand this," a second fan wrote. "She shoots like 40-45% from around the rim. And they have her practicing 3s? Girl. Do some Mikan drills."

"She looks like a righty trying to shoot left – painful to watch," another fan commented.

But the video has since been deleted.

ESPN writer deletes the Angel Reese warmups video

The video ended up getting deleted by the ESPN reporter who shared it on X. It's unclear why the video was deleted.

Perhaps it had something to do with how much backlash Reese was receiving for her shooting form and bad mechanics.

It did not look good, that's for sure.

Reese has been working on her outside shoot, but she shoots a pretty low percentage at the rim. It might be wise for Reese to work on her shooting percentage inside the paint before she tries to expand her game to some 3-point shots.
