Irwin earned first-team all-league honors for the 2A Greater St. Helens League this year. The former R.A. Long standout helped the Jacks claim their second-straight league and district titles and place second at state.
"He's been a winner the last two years at R.A. Long," LCC coach Mickey Polis said. "We want winners, and Landon has absolutely won the last couple of years."
Irwin had a stretch early in the season where he scored 82 points in three games, including a contest where he tallied 33 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, and five steals.
"I just loved his toughness, loved his grit, and whatever the team needed him to do, he was gonna do," Polis said. "Landon's got some good quickness, and I like his shot. I'm just excited to work with him."
