Aliyah Boston's Spin Move in Indiana Fever Game Catches Attention

With Caitlin Clark absent due to her back injury, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston stepped up big time for the Indiana Fever against the Las Vegas Aces on Sunday.

Mitchell exploded for 27 points on 7-of-18 shooting, along with two rebounds, three assists and one steal.

Meanwhile, Boston was the Fever's best player in the game. She posted a monster double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds, while also recording two blocks. The All-Star center impressed in both the painted area and beyond the 3-point line, as she made three of her four attempts from deep.

Unsurprisingly, Boston had plenty of highlight plays during the contest. One moment that stood out, however, was her spin move in the second quarter that had fans talking.

Boston fooled Aces forward Brianna Turner by seemingly going to the left, only to spin around and go the other way for a hook shot. The Fever shared a video of the play, which included a slow-motion part showing Boston's epic move.

"AB spin move," the Fever wrote in the caption of their post on X.

Sure enough, fans loved what Boston did and were quick to heap praise on her.

"This is simply INDEFENSIBLE!!" a commenter wrote. Another one said, "That spin could power a whole weather system, and now I'm oddly craving a tornado pizza."

"OUR CLASSIC AB," a poster added.

A fan further stated, "That spin's got more twists than my weekend plans, nice move!"

"DIESEL TRUCK. BOW BOW BOW," a supporter shared.

The Fever improved to 12-8 on the season with the win, keeping them well in contention for a playoff spot.
