Harry Kane's Viral Moment After England Beat Mexico Has Fans Talking
England have never made things easy on themselves at this World Cup and their round-of-16 clash against Mexico was no different. At the Azteca Stadium, Thomas Tuchel's side edged out a 3-2 win that had everything.
A blistering start, a red card, a late scare and enough drama to last the entire tournament. It booked England's place in the quarterfinals but the moment that got everyone talking had nothing to do with the scoreline.
Harry Kane walked into his postgame interview on FOX and could barely get a word out. His voice was nearly gone, worn down by 90-plus minutes of shouting, singing and doing everything a captain does during a match that never let up. He pushed through it anyway.
"It was a crazy game, we had to fight and we had to find something," Kane said. "I've just been singing, I can't really talk, but all, the occasion, the team, everything against us, we found a way."

Harry Kane's Raspy Voice Takes Over Social Media
The clip spread fast, and soccer fans jumped on it immediately - the reactions came from every direction.
"Someone pls give this man a strepsil asap," one noted. "Kane drink some honey with chamomile and ginger idk but pronto mate,"
"Harry Kane really left everything on the pitch… including his voice," another fan wrote.
"I was hysterical this whole interview. He sounds like Kermit the Frog ," one fan shared.
"Didn't know the altitude could change voices like that," another one wrote.
"This Harry Kane interview while his voice is gone is the best thing you're gonna see today ," another said.
Kane had plenty to shout about before his voice gave out. Jude Bellingham got England rolling early, scoring twice in 99 seconds to put the side 2-0 up and continuing what has been a standout tournament for the midfielder.
Mexico hit back before halftime through Julian Quinones, cutting the deficit to one and keeping themselves very much in it. Then came the moment that flipped the match on its head. Jarell Quansah, filling in at right-back after returning from injury, was shown a red card in the 54th minute for a reckless challenge.
England were down to 10 men and Tuchel's squad had to dig in for the rest of the game. It also raised fresh questions about a position that has given England problems throughout the tournament.
Kane stepped up from the penalty spot to make it 3-1, his sixth goal of the competition and his 73rd across club and international football this season. Mexico pulled one back through Raul Jimenez but England held on through a tense finish to reach the last eight.
