LAKES 28, TIMBERLINE 12

The Lancers won their seventh consecutive game behind Korben Reed and Jadis Lefono, who had two touchdowns each in a 3A PSL Nisqually game in Lacey.

Lefono scored on a 6-yard run and threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Lee Snyder as Lakes jumped out to a 14-0 first quarter lead. Reed, who carried the ball seven times for 100 yards, scored on a 45-yard run in the second quarter and a 54-yard scamper in the third quarter to put the Lancers (7-0, 4-0) up 28-0.

Snyder finished with three receptions for 56 yards, while Lefono was 7-of-12 for 98 yards. Toetu Moliga also carried the ball eight times for 76 yards.

Cooper Jones scored on a 6-yard run and Ethan Lindemann on a 15-yard run for the Blazers (4-3, 2-2).

ENUMCLAW 42, AUBURN MOUNTAINVIEW 0

The Hornets vaunted rushing attack overwhelmed the Lions on Thursday in 3A NPSL action, as they won their 14th consecutive league game.

Enumclaw (7-0, 7-0) ran the ball 29 times for 269 yards and five touchdowns, led by Paxton Patterson who scored on runs of 10 and 8 yards, respectively.

The victory means Enumclaw has done its part to set up an undefeated showdown on Halloween Night against White River, as the Hornets face Eastmont of Wenatchee in a nonconference matchup next week. The Hornets haven’t lost in league play since a season-opening 14-7 setback against eventual league champion Decatur in 2024.

Quarterback Gavin Trachte connected with Kolt Kuzaro on a 32-yard touchdown pass to open the scoring. Trachte added a 4-yard touchdown run as well. Maddox Hendrickson had a 2-yard touchdown and Cole Chiechi had a 19-yarder.

Auburn Mountainview (3-4, 3-4) finished with just 136 yards of offense on the night.
