Olivia Borden, Fife basketball

Junior guard dropped a game-high 17 points (12 in the fourth quarter) with five steals in Saturday’s 2A regional win over Ridgefield, punching Fife’s ticket to state.

Olivia Borden, Fife basketball — Junior guard dropped a game-high 17 points (12 in the fourth quarter) with five steals in Saturday’s 2A regional win over Ridgefield, punching Fife’s ticket to state.

Adalynn Busch, Tahoma basketball — Senior post had six points, 10 rebounds, and four steals in Saturday’s 4A regional win over Mead.

Oliviyah Edwards, Lincoln basketball — Senior forward dropped 38 points in the final game of her high school career, a 57-50 loss to Lakeside in Saturday’s 3A regional.

Malia Froemke, White River basketball — Scored 12 points, all on 3-pointers, in 44-43 win over Gig Harbor in 3A state regional, sending the Hornets through to the Tacoma Dome.

Avery Hansen, Auburn basketball — Junior guard dropped game-high 24 points in Saturday’s 4A regional win over Eisenhower to punch Auburn’s ticket to the Tacoma Dome.

Macey McNicol, Cascade Christian basketball — Freshman guard had 11 points in Friday’s 1A regional win over Hoquiam.

Bailey Nettleton, Tahoma basketball — Senior guard had 18 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals in Saturday’s 4A regional win over Mead.

Abby Shelton, Cascade Christian basketball — Sophomore forward scored team-high 18 points in Friday’s 1A regional win over Hoquiam, sending Cascade Christian to the state tournament in Yakima.
