Shannon Dooley’s goal in the 64th minute led the Orting High School girls soccer to a 1-0 victory against visiting Lakes on Thursday.
It was back and forth until midway through the second half when Cailey Divelbiss found Dooley for what would be the lone score of the match.
Orting keeper Katheryn Williams was credited with the shutout.
Kentridge 3, Curtis 2: Madison Ibale scored the game-winning goal late in the match as the Chargers battled back from a 1-0 deficit to beat the high-powered Vikings and two goals from two-time All-Area player of the year Morgan Weaver.

Weaver, a Washington State University commit, led the scoring with a goal in the fifth minute, before Kentridge’s Abby Perkins tied it in the 20th. But Weaver struck again with her second goal four minutes later.
Kentridge’s Sophia Chilczuk tied it in the 36th, before Ibale finally put the Chargers ahead with her goal in the 74th minute.
Wilson 1, Fife 0: Savannah Baker scored the lone goal of the match to lift the Rams to the nonleague victory.
Emerald Ridge 2, Enumclaw 2: Karlee Stueckle and Anna Watsek scored second half goals to bring the Jaguars back from a two-goal deficit before the match ended in a tie.
Mia Fornelius scored in the 21st minute for Enumclaw and Mariah Bone scored three minutes later to put the Hornets up 2-0 before the Jaguars stormed back.
Stadium 5, Central Kitsap 1: Emma Lynch scored two goals to lift the Tigers past the Cougars.
Kristi Williams, Sarah Boucher and Mackenzie Burks also scored for Stadium.
