Prep football roundup: Andrew Tofaeono runs for 200 yards in Beamer’s 42-14 win over Mount Rainier.

Andrew Tofaeono was guided by extremely cohesive play from the Todd Beamer offensive line in the 42-14 Titans' victory over Mount Rainier High School.

"The offensive line did a really nice job tonight, as we almost had 400 yards rushing," said Todd Beamer head coach Darren McKay. "Gotta take care of those guys."

Tofaeono finished the night with 200 yards on 19 carries and three touchdowns.

The Titans also stood tall defensively by holding the Rams to only 61 total yards of offense.

Union 56, Spanaway Lake 0: The Titans of Union had no trouble putting points on the board in the road victory against Spanaway Lake.

Keithen Shepard was all over the field — finishign with two touchdown catches and returning an interception 62 yards for a touchdown, as well. He finished the day with three catches and 56 yards.

JoJo Siofele ran for 79 yards on eight carries and a touchdown, and Jordan Lawson was 6 of 12 passing for 95 yards and two touchdowns. Lawson was also responsible for 49 yards on four carries and a touchdown.

Ramon Gutierrez led Spanaway Lake with seven carries for 30 yards and was 7 of 11 passing for 58 yards.

Bellingham 42 Charles Wright 27: The Tarriers turned the ball over five times, including Ethan Fields’ three interceptions of Charles Wright quarterback Henry Cheney.

Charles Wright (0-4) trailed 35-7 entering the fourth quarter as Bellingham’s Isiah Harrington ran for 260 yards and four touchdowns.

South Delta (B.C) 61, Vashon Island 46: Area rushing leader Bryce Hoisington is already over 1,000 rushing yards for the season — through four games — but his big night Saturday wasn’t enough against South Delta.

Hoisington ran the ball 38 times for 288 yards and two touchdowns, but South Delta scored 30 points in the third quarter to pull away.

Hoisington has 1,066 rushing yards through four games.
