Seattle to host 2 more FIFA World Cup games. See schedule and who’s playing

Soccer fans are gathering across Washington state for the Pacific Northwest’s first time hosting the sport’s biggest international tournament.

Seattle’s Lumen Field is hosting two knockout rounds for the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup.

Organizers tapped a total of 16 cities in Canada, Mexico and the United States to host matches in June and July.

So far, the venue temporarily renamed the Seattle Stadium has hosted four out of six games.

There are two games left.

Here’s who’s playing in Seattle as well as details on travel and ticket prices:

When are FIFA World Cup games in Seattle?

The 2026 FIFA World Cup kicked off June 11 with a game between Mexico and South Africa in Mexico City.

The international soccer tournament consists of 104 games featuring 48 teams.

The first four games in Seattle were on June 15, 19, 24 and 26.

Knockout games in Seattle include a Round of 32 game between Belgium and Senegal on Wednesday, July 1, starting at 1 p.m.

On Monday, July 6, there will be a Round of 16 game in Seattle beginning at 5 p.m.

The teams for the July 6 game have not yet been determined.

However, if Team USA defeats Bosnia and Herzegovina on July 6 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, experts say, the U.S. team will face the winner of the Belgium-Senegal match in Seattle.

Find available tickets for Seattle World Cup games

As of Tuesday, June 30, limited seats were left at the Round of 32 game.

Remaining seats, available exclusively in the 300 level, cost $520 apiece.

The only seats left for the Round of 16 game were in Section 109, and cost $695 each.

If you’re interested in sitting in other sections, resale World Cup ticketse. were available via FIFA Marketplace for prices exceeding $6,000.

To get to the Seattle games, you can use the Sound Transit Link Light Rail, the Sounder Train’s S Line or express buses, all for under $6.

Where can I watch World Cup games in Washington state?

On top of the World Cup festivities in Seattle, fan zones funded by Airbnb have been established across Washington state.

“These fan zones represent our commitment to making this a truly statewide celebration,” Peter Tomozawa, CEO of the Seattle FIFA World Cup Local Organizing Committee, said in a Feb. 24 news release. “Whether you’re joining at the waterfront in Everett or Olympia, or cheering in Tacoma, the Tri-Cities or Yakima, every fan will have the chance to be part of this once-in-a-generation event.”

The fan zones are in Bellingham, Bremerton, Everett, Olympia-Lacey, the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, Spokane, Tri-Cities, Vancouver and Yakima.

Each features free viewing experiences during games, along with other festivities like giveaways, live music and family-friendly activities.

  • Bremerton: Quincy Square, 253 Fourth St. Everett: Boxcar Park, 1200 Millwright Loop West
  • Olympia and Lacey: Port of Olympia’s NorthPoint, 1210 Marine Drive Northeast
  • Puyallup Tribe of Indians: Puyallup Tribal Headquarters, 3001 Puyalupabsh St.
  • Spokane: Gesa Pavilion at Riverfront Park, 574 North Howard St.
  • Tri-Cities: Gesa Stadium and Pasco Sporting Complex, 6160 Burden Blvd.
  • Vancouver: Big Al’s, 16615 Southeast 18th St.
  • Yakima: Sozo Sports Complex, 2200 South 26th Ave.
