Sam Smith reschedules and relocates missed Seattle show
The show Sam Smith had to cancel on Feb. 2 at KeyArena has a new date — and venue.
It’s now Aug. 8 at the Gorge Amphitheater. And those tickets you’re still holding? You’ll have to get a refund or exchange them for new tickets.
Smith had to postpone the Seattle show because of strained vocal cords. Six days later he was in Los Angeles accepting four Grammy Awards for Best New Artist, Best Pop/Vocal Album for “In the Lonely Hour” and Song of the Year and Record of the Year for “Stay With Me.”
Tickets for the KeyArena date will not be valid for entry at the Gorge Amphitheatre.
Tickets for the KeyArena date will be refunded beginning on Tuesday. Purchasers of tickets to the original show via phone or internet will receive an email about exchanging their tickets. Those who purchased their tickets via the box office or retail outlets are advised to return to the point of purchase for exchanging theirs.
Ticketmaster Customer Service is 800-653-8000.
